Boteco do Manolo & Marcelo is affectionately known by its customers as MANOLO. It was born from the desire to immortalize an inspiring, cheerful and obstinate man. Father of Marcelo Riveiro - CEO on the Manolo, Mr. Manuel Barcia Riveiro, known as "Manolo", was a charismatic Spanish immigrant who arrived in Brazil in the 50s, starting his family's successful trajectory in the gastronomic business, where he himself started as a waiter.
Fleshpots and variety are the hallmarks of this cuisine. The countless varieties of sirloin cap steak add to an infinity dishes like: filet mignon, ribs, fish, chicken and seafood. Our bar has draft beer served in a zero-grade mug and the news is the varieties of “caipis” and unusual drinks.
The Manolo style of serving is the reason for the huge success of the chain, which is committed to offering a family and relaxed environment, permeated by zeal and affection for our customers. Currently, the chain has 11 restaurants in Brazil and 3 in the United States.
